The stage is set. The work speaks first.

Made to be seen, and built to survive being looked at closely. A baroque jacquard runs the full back in one panel, alive the moment the light finds it. He does not explain the piece any more than he explains the work. The finished work, worn.

Midnight Mineral. Deep ocean blue pulled almost to black, the kind of tone that reads as black across a room and gives up its blue only up close.

• The Platinum Knit. Ultra fine 120/2 Italian yarn-dyed cotton, 170 GSM. Luminous surface, dimensional recovery.
• The Madeira Hexagon. Heat-embossed floral relief, Madeira satin frame, Zamak 5 centrepiece in brushed gunmetal under a UV epoxy dome.
• The 704 Panel. Tonal baroque jacquard knit on 704 active needles. One panel, no joints, fully fashioned relief.
• The 504 Collar. Geometric diamond relief knit on 504 active needles, mirrored in the rib cuffs.
• The Hex Tab. Half-hexagon metal identity plate at the side seam.
